this weekly email list back in I998 to help Judy from Simply
Single keep
in
better contact with her group members. Now it goes out to over 800
people.
I
have added Event listings and News from 26 other local groups such as:
This
covers Baltimore City, Baltimore, Arundel, Carroll and Harford Counties
and
their surrounding areas.
I usually send
out
the events (in one message) on Thursdays. Your information is kept
confidential.
If you get emails from other groups some of this information may be
duplicated.
If you belong to a group that is not listed here and would like your
events
to be included please email
them to me. Some of the activities listed includes: Dining out, Dinner
/ Mystery Plays, Cruises, Miniature Golf, Picnics, Canoe Trips,
Kayaking,
Hiking, Wine Festivals, Day Trips, Volunteering, Bowling, Biking,
Camping,
Murder / Mystery Dinner Cruises, Outlet Shopping Trips, Community
Events,
Cancer Walks, Movies, Member Parties, Nightclubs, Comedy Clubs,
Sock-hops,
Dances, Volleyball and Concerts.
We also try to
promote self
help within the groups and share our unique talents with each other.

OCEAN CITY
CONDO
AVAILABLE: Our unit ( an
Efficiency
) sleeps 3. It is located on 32nd Street, 500 ft from the bay and 1
block
from the ocean. Our 3rd floor balcony has a southern exposure. It has
AC
/ Heat, a modern kitchen and Full bathroom and is fully furnished. We
have
also installed a 90 minute emergency backup lighting system in case of
power outages. This is a NO Smoking, NO Pets unit (Condo Association
Regulations).
Furnished Items include: TV/Vcr with cable, AM-FM alarm clock radio,
AM-FM
Cd player, Various music CD's, Microwave, Toaster, Small George Foreman
grill, Place settings for 4 (also paper plates, cups, etc), Dishwasher,
Pots, Pans, Coffee maker, Hot-Air popcorn popper, Vacuum cleaner,
Washer
& Dryer, Iron and Table top ironing board, 2 Bicycles, Hair dryer
&
Curling Iron, Playing cards, Game Board, Fire Extinguisher,
Refrigerator,
Garbage Disposal, Quilts, Pillows, Towels and Sheets (bring your own
full
sheets and towels if you like), Telephone: local service only. The
Condo
is located very close to McDonalds, Burger King, Subway and Wendys.
There
is also a Deli and Food Market located at 32nd and Coastal Highway.

Dear Dwight,
I just wanted to
again thank you for the work you are doing on behalf of the single
community
in Baltimore. Your newsletter not only gives singles options they
may not have otherwise known were available, but I believe that even
those
who are not yet ready to "get out there" find comfort in knowing that
if
they wanted to, there are things they could do on any night of the
week.
It is empowering and that's an incredibly important contribution to
make.
So hats off to you, Dwight, in ministering to Baltimore singles.

discovered B.A.S.E....and it is a wonderful resource for me....i am new
to the singles scene and looking for things to do alone is
difficult...and
since i am shy makes it even harder.....thanks for your help in finding
all these wonderful possibilities....now, i just have to find out how

join!!!!! the activities sound wonderful... R
